Sweet ol car I see every morning.

A walk in the Capitol park.

Inside the tardis lies an entertainment memorabilia shop.

Steve Hamm pop art mural in that area of the downtown plaza that smells and looks like 1972. In fact, it was built in 1971, so there’s that…

Macy’s building, downtown plaza. Super vintage from 1963. From what I can tell, this structure is not going to be demolished for the new arena. I am kinda bummed that the Pre-Flite Lounge will be.

Amusing finds in the women’s bathroom at Buca di Beppo.

Pretty holiday lights in Roseville.

The beginning of the movie Pink Cadillac, 1989, starring Clint Eastwood was filmed around downtown Sacramento.

First, in front of the Capitol building (1315 10th Street)

Then he goes to the Hall of Justice building (813 6th Street)

"Asian Deli" (1020 J Street, vacant)

Inside of “Asian Deli”, you can see the old Broiler sign in the background

Across the street from there, is “Buddy’s Bail Bonds” (1009 J Street, vacant)

And in front of “Buddy’s” he gets into his car and you can see Rodney’s Cigar & Liquor Store (1000 J Street, still open)

It’s a trip to see that the buildings were all still there (in some way, shape or form). J Street can certainly use some sprucing up like they are trying to do with K (The Kay) Street. Yikes.

Palm trees, sparkly tree, neon toys, Jesus Man sighting. Capitol tree lighting 12/12/13.
